We welcome your application for affordable housing at St. Mark’s Towers. We are available to help every step of the way. If you are interested in applying for affordable housing at St. Mark’s Towers, we will be here to help every step of the way.
A subsidy from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) enables residents to pay no more than 30% of adjusted monthly income for rent. Utilities are included.
To Qualify
St. Mark’s Towers is a 202/8 community that provides housing to elderly families who meet eligibility requirements. We accept Residents who are 62 or older. All applicants must meet the requirements of the Section 8 rental assistance program of the Department of Housing and Urban Development and satisfy the admission criteria of St. Mark’s Towers
- Be at least 62 years of age
- Meet all income limits set by HUD
- Be a citizen or eligible non-citizen of the USA
- Meet criminal and rental history criteria

Once we receive your completed application, you will be placed on our waiting list. - Verify Your Qualification For HUD Assistance
When your name reaches the top of the list, we will give you a list of items to gather. Once all necessary documents have been provided, we handle the details of processing the application to verify your qualification for HUD assistance. We will make this process as clear and simple as possible. - Qualify and Join St. Mark's Towers' Community
When the verification process is completed, you will be on your way to becoming a part of the St. Mark’s Towers community!
